Penny's Favorite Granola

Ingredients:

   5      cups          rolled oats
     1/2  cup           wheat germ
     1/2  cup           honey
     1/4  cup           safflower oil
   1      cup           raisins -- or any dried fruit
     1/4  cup           almonds -- coarsley chopped or
                        -- favorite nut
     1/2  cup           millet
     1/2  cup           oat bran
     1/4  cup           lecithen granules
 

Preparation:

Warm honey and oil over low heat until thin. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Pour honey mixture atop. Toss to evenly coat oatmeal mixture.Spread mixture thinly into 3-9 x 13 baking pans. Bake at 300 for about 15 minutes or until light golden. Cool completely. Store in covered container.
