Crockpot Bulgar

   1      cup           bulgar
   2      cups          milk -- ( skim, soy,
                        -- rice..whatever)
     1/3  cup           maple syrup
     1/3  cup           water
   2                    apples -- chopped
   1      teaspoon      cinnamon
     1/3  cup           crushed nuts -- ( pecans are
                        -- especially good)
 

Preparation:

Put this on low right before you go to bed and you have delicious hot grains in the morning ! If there are any leftovers, I toss it in the morning's bread dough...makes for a very tasty loaf
