Ingredients:

  2               cups  basmati {white or brown} -- cook accordingly
     1/2           cup  grated parmesan cheese
  1         tablespoon  dry basil -- (or one bunch fresh chopped)
     1/2      teaspoon  pepper
     1/2      teaspoon  salt -- (optional)
  1              clove  garlic crushed -- up to 2
  1        large   can  sliced black olives -- drained (4 oz)
     3/4           cup  sundried tomatoes -- rehydrated and chopped
  1         tablespoon  olive oil -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains. Serve immediately.
