Asian Chili Pepper Linguine

Ingredients:

  12      ounces        chili pepper linguine
     1/4  cup           vegetable oil
   1      small         carrot -- julienned
   1      small         yellow squash -- julienned
   1      medium        spanish onion -- chopped
   2      cloves        garlic -- crushed
   2      tablespoons   toasted sesame seeds
   2      tablespoons   soy sauce
 

Preparation:

Cook pasta according to package directions. In large skillet, heat oil. Add carrot, squash, onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes. Add sesame seeds and soy sauce; simmer 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over hot chili pepper linguine. Makes 3 dinner servings
