Fast Ham And Corn Casserole

Ingredients:

                        vegetable cooking spray
     3/4         pound  cooked lean ham -- cut into 1" cubes
  1              small  yellow onion -- finely chopped
  1              small  red bell pepper -- finely chopped
  1         15 oz. can  cream-style corn
  1        10 oz. pkg.  frozen whole kernel corn -- thawed and drained
     1/2           cup  milk
  1         8 oz. pkg.  seasoned bread crumbs
  3        tablespoons  butter or margarine -- melted
  1         tablespoon  worcestershire sauce
 

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Coat a 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. In casserole, mix ham, onion, bell pepper, cream-style corn, frozen corn, and milk. 3. Spread bread cubes over top. Add Worcestershire sauce to the melted butter and drizzle over bread crumbs. 4. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes, or until brown and bubbly.
