Ingredients:

   1      medium        onion -- sliced
   1      tablespoon    vegetable oil
   1      cup           long-grain rice -- uncooked
     1/2  cup           raisins
   2 1/2  cups          water
   3      tablespoons   chunky peanut butter
   1      tablespoon    honey
   2      teaspoons     chicken bouillon
   1      teaspoon      curry powder
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
     1/4  teaspoon      ground ginger
     1/4  teaspoon      ground cinnamon
 

Preparation:

Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook onion in oil. stirring frequently, until onion is tender; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 35 minutes, stirring occasionally until rice is tender.
