Mushroom in a wine sauce

Ingredients:

   1      tablespoon    Margarine or butter
   2      cups          Sliced mushrooms
     1/4  cup           Chopped onion
   1      teaspoon      Lemon juice
     1/8  teaspoon      Salt
     1/8  teaspoon      Pepper
     1/3  cup           Dry white wine
     2/3  cup           Whipping (heavy) cream
 

Preparation:

Heat margarine in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper in margarine about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in wine. Cook over medium-high heat about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is reduced by half. Stir in whipping cream and heat to boiling.
