Ingredients:

  2               cans  beef consomme   condensed
  2                     soup cans water
  3                 c.  fresh mushrooms thickly sliced (I
                        like a mixed variety.)
     1/2            c.  chopped onion
  2              Tbsp.  chopped parsley
  1              clove  garlic  crushed
     1/2          tsp.  celery seed
     1/2          tsp.  marjoram        crushed
  1               dash  Tabasco
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.
