Spiced Almonds

Ingredients:

     1/4           cup  unsalted butter
  2        tablespoons  worcestershire sauce
  1           teaspoon  cumin
     1/2      teaspoon  sugar
  1         tablespoon  garlic powder
     1/2      teaspoon  cayenne
  3               cups  almonds
  2        tablespoons  kosher salt
 

Preparation:

Combine butter, worcestershire, cumin, sugar, garlic powder, and cayenne in a saucepan, over a low flame heat and stir for 3-4 minutes stir in almonds spread onto a baking sheet bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes remove from oven sprinkle with kosher salt-mix well cool completely serve at room temperature
