Ingredients:

  2        tablespoons  melted butter
  1           teaspoon  cumin
  1           teaspoon  celery salt
  1           teaspoon  garlic
  1           teaspoon  cayenne
  1           teaspoon  curry powder
  1              pound  pecan halves
                        corn oil
  1         tablespoon  kosher salt
 

Preparation:

Combine butter, cumin, celery seed, garlic, cayenne, and curry if used-mix well add nuts and stir to coat well allow to stand at room temperature for 1-8 hours heat oil to 375 degrees in a large skillet or deep fryer with a basket add nuts and fry until golden drain on paper towels sprinkle lightly with kosher salt serve hot or at room temperature
