Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  chopped onion
  1              clove  garlic -- pressed or minced
     1/4           cup  margarine
  2        tablespoons  flour
  1                can  sliced mushrooms -- 8oz,drained or
  1              pound  fresh mushrooms -- sauteed and sliced
  1                can  cream of mushroom soup -- 10 1/2 oz
     1/4           cup  water
  1                cup  granburger -- rehydrated in 3/4
                        -- cup hot water for
                        -- 10 minutes
  1                cup  sour cream
     1/4           cup  stripple zips -- optional
  1         tablespoon  parsley -- minced
 

Preparation:

Melt margarine in large skillet. Add chopped onions and garlic. Saute till translucent. Add flour. Cook one minute stirring constantly. Add mushrooms, cream of mushroom soup, water and rehydrated granburger. Simmer covered 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sour cream and stripple zips (optional). Mix thoroughly. Heat to simmering - do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice. Sprinkle with minced parsley.
