Ingredients:

  12      ounces        marinated artichoke hearts
     1/8  teaspoon      cracked pepper
   8      ounces        medium shells -- cooked and drained
     1/4  cup           white wine vinegar
   1      tablespoon    dijon mustard
     1/2  cup           walnut pieces
   1      small         cucumber; halved lengthwise and sliced
                        one lime -- juice of
   1      clove         garlic -- crushed
   1                    tomato -- cut in wedges
     1/2                tap salt
     1/2  teaspoon      marjoram
                        avocado slices
                        romaine lettuce
 

Preparation:

Drain artichokes reserving marinade in large bowl. Add vinegar, mustard, lime juice, garlic, salt, marjoram and pepper; mix well. Add artichokes, pasta, nuts, cucumber and tomato; toss to coat. Serve on lettuce~lined plates. Garnish with avocado slices.
