Crunchy Chicken Bake

Ingredients:

  8                     skinless boneless chicken breast halves -- thawed
  4             slices  swiss or american cheese -- cut in half
  1                can  cream of broccoli soup -- condensed, 10 3/4
                        -- ounces
  8                     tomato slices
  2        tablespoons  margarine or butter -- melted
     1/2           cup  pepperidge farm herb seasoned stuffing -- crushed
  8               cups  hot cooked rice
 

Preparation:

In a 3-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken. Top with cheese. In small bowl, stir soup; spread over cheese with a spatula. Top with tomato slices. In another small bowl, combine margarine and stuffing. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice. Garnish with oregano, if desired.
