Ingredients:

   1      9 inch        pie shell -- baked and cooled
   2                    eggs -- well beaten
   1      teaspoon      salt
                        Few grains pepper
   1 1/2  cups          milk -- heated
   1      can           corn -- (12 oz.)
   2      cups          sharp American cheese -- shredded (1/2 lb.)
 

Preparation:

Heat oven to 350 F. Combine eggs, salt, and pepper. Gradually stir in hot milk. Add corn and cheese. Pour into baked pie shell. Bake about 45 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cut into wedges to serve.
