Ingredients:

  1              pound  thin egg noodles
                        peanut oil for stir frying
  1         tablespoon  ginger -- minced
     1/2         pound  cooked meat -- * see note
  2               cups  bean sprouts
     1/4           cup  green onions
  2        tablespoons  soy sauce
  1         tablespoon  sesame oil
 

Preparation:

1. Precook noodles. 2. Heat wok. Add peanut oil and ginger. Stir fry 1 minute until oil is aromatic. 3. Add meat, bean sprouts, and green onion. Stir fry 2 minutes. 4. Add noodles, soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir fry 3 minutes until heated through.
