Ingredients:

   2      pounds        ground uncooked turkey
   1 1/2  cups          soft bread crumbs
   2                    eggs -- slightly beaten
   1      small         onion -- minced
   1      teaspoon      prepared horseradish
   1      teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      dry mustard
     1/4  cup           catsup
     1/4  cup           evaporated milk
 

Preparation:

Combine turkey with remaining ingredients. Form into a 7 inch round loaf. Place in bottom of slow-cooking pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. Good served hot with cranberry sauce or sliced cold for sandwiches.
