Ingredients:

   1                    arge          radish
   3                    ablespoons    rock salt
   2                    ablespoons    vinegar
  12                    ablespoon     sesame oil
   3                    ablespoons    sugar
   1                    red pepper -- sliced thinly
 

Preparation:

1. Peel radish and slice paper thin. 2. Press radish down on rock salt and leave overnight 3. Rinse radish with water until no longer salty. 4. Squeeze out water, add vinegar, oil and red pepper. 5. Place is air-tight jar and serve.
