Frozen Pickles

Ingredients:

   2       quartt       Cucumbers -- sliced unpeeled
   1       medium       Onion -- sliced thin
   2       teaspoon     Salt
   1 1/2   cup          Sugar
     1/2   cup          Vinegar
 

Preparation:

1. Mix first 3 ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours. Drain thoroughly, but do not rinse.

2. Mix together until completely dissolved the following: 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup vinegar. Pour over pickles. Juice should cover them.

3. Will keep in refrigerator for a couple of weeks or put in containers and freeze.
