Stuffed Snow Peas - Christmas

Ingredients:

     1/2  pound         fresh snow peas
   1      package       cream cheese -- (8 oz.), softened
   2      tablespoons   mayonnaise
   1      teaspoon      dried dill weed
   1      teaspoon      dried chives
     1/2  teaspoon      seasoned salt
     1/2  teaspoon      lemon pepper
 

Preparation:

Blanch snow peas in lightly salted boiling water 2 to 3 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water to stop cooking. In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill weed, chives, salt, and lemon pepper; beat until smooth. Using a sharp knife, split each snow pea open along straight edge. Place cheese mixture in a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip . Pipe cheese mixture inside each snow pea.
