Ingredients:

  2        tablespoons  cornmeal
  2           packages  refrigerated crescent rolls -- 8 ounces each
  1                can  refried beans or refried black beans -- 16 ounces
  2        tablespoons  chili powder
  6             ounces  sharp cheddar cheese -- grated (1 1/2 cups)
  2                     plum tomatoes -- diced
  2                     green onions with tops -- sliced
     1/2           cup  pitted black olives -- chopped
  1                cup  salsa -- optional
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350*F. Sprinkle 15 1/2x10x1-inch pan with cornmeal. Unroll crescent rolls; place longest sides of dough over shortest sides of pan. Press perforations to seal using fingers; roll dough slightly up sides of pan. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. In medium bowl, combine refried black beans and chili powder; spread over crust. Shred cheese over bean mixture. Sprinkle vegetables over cheese. Cut and serve with salsa, if desired.
