Preparation:
1. Cut the green beans diagonnaly into thin strips. Chop red chile very finely.
2. Heat a wok or a large frying pan, add the oil and tilt the pan to spread it over the bottom.
3. Stir in the chile and green beans and stir fry over high heat about 3 minutes until the beans begin to soften. Lower the heat and sprinkle with shoya, sakte and sugar.
4. Stir fry over medium, jeat until the liquid is almost completely absorbed. Serve hot or at room temperature in small or individual dishes. |
