1 pound fresh green beans
olive oil
fresh parmesan cheese
balsamic vinegar
salt and black pepper
toasted slivered almonds
Preparation:
Steam green beans until tender-crisp. In salad bowl mix together oil, cheese, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Whisk until blended. Toss drained beans with dressing mixture. Sprinkle almonds over all to serve.
Approximately 6-8 minutes.
