Ingredients:

   4      cups          navy beans
   1      cup           millet
   1      cup           bulgur
                        water -- to cover
     1/2  teaspoon      rosemary -- to taste
     1/2  teaspoon      oregano -- to taste
     1/2  teaspoon      thyme -- to taste
   1      tablespoon    garlic powder -- to taste
   2                    bay leaves
   1 1/2  cups          barley
 

Preparation:

Cook navy beans, barley and spices in crockpot till almost done. Add millet and bulgar. Cook about 2 more hrs. Serve.
