Easy Chicken and Pasta

Ingredients:

  1         Tablespoon  vegetable oil
  1              Pound  skinless -- boneless chicken
                        breasts cut up
  1                     can...10 3/4 oz...Campbell's Condensed
                        Cream of Mushroom
                        Sour or 98% Fat Free Crean of Mushroom
                        Soup
  2 1/4           Cups  water
     1/2      Teaspoon  dried basil leaves crushed
  2               Cups  frozen vegetable combination...broccoli
                        cauliflower or carrots
  2               Cups  uncooked corkscrew pasta
                        grated parmessan cheese
 

Preparation:

In a skillet over mediumhigh heat, heat oil. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often. Set chicken aside. Add soup, water; basil and vegetables. Heat to boil. Add uncooked pasta. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring often. Return chicken to pan. Cook 5 minute or until pasta is done, stirring often. Sprinkls with cheese.
