Overnight Egg And Sausage Bake

Ingredients:

  1                cup  bisquick baking mix
  1                cup  cheddar -- shredded
  2               cups  milk
  1           teaspoon  ground mustard -- (dry)
     1/2      teaspoon  oregano leaves -- dried
  6                     eggs -- slightly beaten
  1              pound  sausage -- cook & drain
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Pour egg mixture into casserole. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with: muffins, hash browns and fruit juice.
