Ingredients:

  5             pounds  hamburger
  3        tablespoons  meat curing salt
  1           teaspoon  meat curing salt
  2 1/2      teaspoons  mustard seed
  2 1/2      teaspoons  garlic powder
  2 1/2      teaspoons  cracked black pepper
  1           teaspoon  hickory salt
  1           teaspoon  liquid smoke flavoring
 

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients together and cover in large bowl; set in refrigerator. Each day for 3 days; stir. On the third day, make into rolls. 4 to 5 rolls, 10 to 12 inches long. Bake on broiler pan for 4 hours, turn over, and bake 4 more hours. Can freeze after baking.
