Ingredients:

   2      cups          skim milk
   2                    medium-size ripe bananas -- cut into 1-inch
                        -- pieces
     1/2  cup           plain nonfat yogurt -- or
                        banana nonfat yogurt
     1/2  cup           nonfat dry skim milk powder
     1/3  cup           wheat germ
   1      teaspoon      vanilla
   2 1/2  teaspoons     equal measure -- or
   8      packets       equal sweetener -- or
     1/3  cup           equal spoonful
                        ground cinnamon -- optional
 

Preparation:

Blend all ingredients except cinnamon in blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serving size: 8 oz (1 cup)
