Preparation:
Makes about 4 dozen cookies
1. Combine eggs, sugar replacement, brown sugar and butter in large bowl; stir in rind, juice, cereal and oats.
2. Sift together remaining dry ingredients; add to cereal mixture, blending well.
3. Drop batter from teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheets; bake in preheated 375 F. oven 8 to 9 minutes.
4. Cool on wire racks. |
