Preparation:
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate dough until well chilled, 1 hour or longer. Then, using your hands, roll dough into small balls (if sticky, lightly coat your palms with salad oil) and drop into a small bowl with granulated sugar, turning to coat. Place on cookie sheet and bake in preheated 350 oven 12 to 15 minutes. Remove with spatula to cooling rack. Makes approx. 40 cookies.
