Preparation:
Makes 4 1/2 dozen cookies
1. Thoroughly blend margarine and cream cheese; slowly add sugar.
2. Add egg and juice concentrate; mix well.
3. Sift together flour and baking powder; mix into cream cheese mixture.
4. Fold in pineapple; chill 30 minutes.
5. Drop by tablespoons onto greased baking sheet; bake in preheated 375 F. oven, 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool in pan. |
