Ingredients:

   1      cup           sugar
   2      teaspoons     baking powder
   1      teaspoon      soda
   1      cup           shortening
     1/2  teaspoon      salt
   1      teaspoon      coriander -- optional
   2                    eggs
   3      teaspoons     milk
   1      teaspoon      vanilla

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first seven ingredients like pie crust. Beat eggs, milk and vanilla. Add to flour mixture and mix with your hands. Roll out, cut and decorate as you prefer. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet 8-10 min.
