Preparation:
Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler or microwave. Let this mixture cool. When cool, but *NOT* hard, add marshmallows, walnuts and coconut. Mix. Put one half of the mixture on each of 2 pieces of tin foil. Form into a roll. Cover with the foil. Refrigerate rolls at least 24 hours before slicing. Store in the refrigerator after sliced. |
