Preparation:
Coat baking sheets with cooking spray; set aside. Beat together sugars, Lighter Bake, (margarine, if desired) egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, baking powder and salt; stir into Lighter Bake mixture. Stir in oats and raisins. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared baking sheets. BAke in preheated 375 degree oven for 8 to 9 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Cool on racks. Makes about 2 dozen cookies. |
