Oatmeal Crisps

Ingredients:

  1                Cup  margarine
  1 1/8           Cups  while sugar
  1                Cup  brown sugar
  2                     eggs beaten
  1           Teaspoon  vanilla
  1           Teaspoon  salt
  1           Teaspoon  soda
  1 1/2           Cups  flour
  2               Cups  oats
  1                Cup  raisins or nuts
 

Preparation:

Place margarine, eggs, vanilla and sugar in food processor and blend. Add flour, oats, raisins, soda and salt...(add 1/8 cup milk if batter is too thick). Spoon by tablespoon onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Also can be formed into a roll, chilled, sliced 1/4 inch and baked.
