Preparation:
Mix cottage cheese and butter. Add in flour. Chill thoroughly. Roll out dough thinly. Cut out round pie pan shape. Spread 1/4 cup melted butter ontop. Mix brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture on top of dough. Cut into 16 equal pieces. Roll into crescent shapes and bake at 350~F until desired doneness. Coat cookies with combined egg yolk and 2 tablespoons water before baking. |
