Ingredients:

  1        8-Ounce Can  Almond Paste
  2                     Egg Whites
     1/2           Cup  Sugar
  1                Cup  Powdered Sugar
 

Preparation:

place almond paste and egg whites in bowl. Attach bowl and flat beater. Turn to speed 4 and beat 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl. Add sugar. Turn to speed 4 and beat 30 seconds. Stop and scrape bowl. Sift powdered sugar into bowl. Turn to speed 6 and beat 15 seconds. Drpop by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto greased and floured baking sheets. Bake at 350 F for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
