1 pound butter -- sweet
16 ounces water
8 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 shot cognac or brandy or whisky
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
all-purpose flour
Preparation:
Blend together butter, sugar,eggs and liquor.
Add baking soda, baking powder and add flour until dough becomes soft and fluffy.
Add dough to the cookie machine and press out cookies.
Bake in 350 oven.
