Ingredients:

     1/2           cup  buffer -- softened
     3/4           cup  sugar
     2/3           cup  packed brown sugar
  2                     egg whites
  1 1/4           cups  chunky peanut buffer
  1 1/2      teaspoons  vanilla extract
  1                cup  all-purpose flour
     1/2      teaspoon  baking soda
     1/4      teaspoon  salt
  5                     bufferfinger candy bars -- (2.1 ounces each),
                        -- chopped
 

Preparation:

n a mixing bowl, cream butter and sug- ars. Add egg whites; beat well. Blend in )eanut butter and vanilla. Combine flour, )aking soda and salt; add to creamed nixture and mix well. Stir in candy bars. 3hape into 1-1/2-in. balls and place on Ireased baking sheets. Bake at 3500 or 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. cool on wire racks.
