Ingredients:

1         head          lettuce -- chopped fine
6                       green onions -- chopped
15        oz. can       pinto beans -- drained
                        100% white corn tortilla chips crispy rounds
1         pound         lean ground beef
16        oz jar        mild salsa 
10 3/4    oz. jar       restaurant style medium salsa con queso
                        chopped tomato -- (optional)
                        cilantro -- (optional)
 

Preparation:

Lightly saute meat in skillet, drain well. Stir in Mild Salsa, Salsa Con Queso and pinto beans. Heat thoroughly. To assemble, place Crispy Rounds on plate, top with lettuce, meat and bean mixture and green onions. Garnish with chopped tomato and cilantro.
