Mini Cherry Bake

Ingredients:

   1      whole         roll slice =d4n bake -- (17-ounce)
                        refrigerated sugar cookies
   1      cup           cherry pie filling
                        frangelico
   1      cup           frozen whipped topping -- thawed
   1                    ripe banana
 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degree. Slice cookie dough into 12 slices. Arrange 3 slices on ungreased cookie sheet in an overlapping circle. Repeat to form large cookies. Bake until golden. For filling and while baking, in small bowl, combine cherry pie filling and a dash of frangelico. Mix well. Set aside. When ready, layer filling between two large cookies. For topping: in a small bowl combine whipped topping and small slices of banana. Mix well. To serve, top each filled and stacked large cookies with whipped banana topping. Approximately 15 minutes.
