Stuffed Won Tons

Ingredients:

  1            package  won ton wrappers
  1              pound  ground sausage
     1/2           cup  provencal vinegar
  1                cup  sour cream
  8             ounces  cream cheese
  2               cups  grated mozzarella
     1/2           cup  fresh grated parmesan
     1/4      teaspoon  garlic powder
     1/4      teaspoon  onion powder
                        salt and pepper to taste
 

Preparation:

Brown sausage with vinegar in large skillet. Drain grease. A dd cheeses and seasonings. Mix well, Place small spoonful or meat mixture in the center of each won ton skin. Pull four corners up to center and press together forming a little pouch. Works well baked in mini muffin pan. May also be baked on regular cookie sheet. Spray pan lightly with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 to 7 minutes or until tips of won ton are golden brown. Remove from oven and serve hot.
