Ingredients:

  1              pound  tiger prawn
  2        tablespoons  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  red pepper flakes
     1/4      teaspoon  ground allspice
     1/2           cup  onion
     1/3           cup  olive oil
     1/2           cup  fresh lime juice
     1/4           cup  cilantro
  1           teaspoon  lime zest
  2        tablespoons  jalapeno chile
  1           teaspoon  garlic
  1           teaspoon  oregano
 

Preparation:

Combine shrimp, salt, red pepper flakes, allspice in a saucepot add water to cover and place over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer for 1 minute remove from heat and strain through a collander cool, peel, and devein shrimp combine shrimp with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 12-24 hours serve slightly chilled or at room temperature
