Shrimp and Rice Salad

Ingredients:

   3      cups          cooked rice -- chilled
   1      package       frozen cooked shrimp (6 or 10 oz) -- thawed
   1 1/2  cups          diced celery
   2                    green onions -- chopped
   1      can           sliced water chestnuts (8 oz.) -- drained
     1/2  cup           mayonnaise
   2      teaspoons     soy sauce
                        Lettuce leaves
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except lettuce leaves, mixing well; chill 2 hours. Serve on lettuce leaves.
