Ingredients:

  1           teaspoon  ginger
  1           teaspoon  garlic
  2          teaspoons  soy sauce
  1           teaspoon  rice wine
  2          teaspoons  catsup
  1           teaspoon  sugar
     1/4      teaspoon  crushed red chiles
  2          teaspoons  peanut oil
  1              pound  jumbo tiger prawns
  2                     scallions
 

Preparation:

combine, soy, wine, catsup, red pepper flakes, and sugar, set aside heat oil in a wok or skillet, over a moderately-high flame add ginger and garlic stir fry for a few seconds remove and discard garlic add shrimp and stir-fry for 3 minutes, until pink add scallions and stir fry for 30 seconds add soy mixture, heat and stir for 30 seconds remove from heat arrange onto a serving platter serve hot
