Ingredients:

  1              pound  tiger prawn
  1         tablespoon  pickling spice
  1         tablespoon  dijon mustard
  1           teaspoon  horseradish
     1/4           cup  oil
     1/2      teaspoon  salt
     1/4      teaspoon  celery salt
     1/2           cup  vinegar
     1/4           cup  scallions
 

Preparation:

Combine shrimp, pickling spice, and water to cover in a saucepan, over a moderate flame bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes remove from heat and drain well combine shrimp and spices with remaining ingredients-mix well cover and chill for 6-96 hours serve chilled
