Lime Shrimp Kabobs

Ingredients:

  3        tablespoons  lime juice
  1                     green onion.chopped
  2        tablespoons  cilantro -- chopped
  1           teaspoon  olive oil
  1           teaspoon  garlic -- minced
     1/8      teaspoon  salt
  20             large  shrimp -- peeled and deveined
  1         tablespoon  red pepper sauce
 

Preparation:

Whisk together all ingredients except shrimp. Toss half of the dressing with shrimp. Chill 30 minutes. Put shrimp on skewers and place on grill. Grilll shrimp 1 1/2 minute per side, until pink. Baste with remaining dressing and 1 T red pepper sauce .
