                        italian sweet peppers -- sliced

                        zucchini -- sliced
                        mushrooms -- whole or sliced
                        green beans
                        onions -- sliced
                        yams -- sliced
                        carrots -- sliced
                        shiso leaves
                        okra -- sliced
                        broccoli
                        cauliflower
 

Preparation:
