Thai Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients:

   1 1/4  pounds        raw shrimp -- 40ct
     1/2  cup           onion -- chopped
   3      tablespoons   vegetable oil
   1      tablespoon    ground corriander
   1      tablespoon    grated lemon rind
   1      tablespoon    lemon juice
   1      tablespoon    fish sauce
                        or
   1      tablespoon    soy sauce
 

Preparation:

1. Combine all ingredients and let marinate for 30 minutes 2. Skewer shrimp on wooden bamboo skewers that have been soaked in water 3. Grill over high heat until just cooked - about 5 minutes.
