Preparation:
combine vinegar, syrup, nuoc mam, and 3 tablespoons water in a saucepan, over a medium flame heat and stir to dissolve sugar and blend well remove from heat and cool combine chiles, sugar, and garlic in a food processor process to a fine puree add syrup mixture and process until well blended add basil and process until well blended cover and let stand at room temperature for 2-4 hours before serving |
