Ingredients:

  1               pkg.  frozen spinach  (1 oz.) chopped (1
                        to 10.)
  1               pkg.  Knorr vegetable soup mix
  3                     chopped green onions
     1/2            c.  sour cream
  1                 c.  mayo
  1                can  water chestnuts chopped (1 to 8)
 

Preparation:

Combine all ingedients; blend well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours before serving. Stir well before using. (I like to get a round loaf of sourdough bread, hollow it and put the dip into it just before serving. You may have to double recipe...it all depends of size of bread).
